I’m doing the happy dance about my grain free stuffing. It has gone viral and for good reason. It’s good food. It’s low-carb, keto friendly, gluten free.
You can trust my grain free biscuit recipes. I sell them in my keto bakery and made over 13 dozen the other day.
I am simply shocked that this stuffing made from almond flour actually tastes, bakes and stir fries like bread cubes.
It’s the stuffing I will make all year long, and I have so many ideas for recipes.
Of course there are other stuffings you could use here at Spinach Tiger.
Gluten Free Corn Bread Stuffing
This grain free turkey stuffing hash is just one of them.
It starts with this, made from my very popular grain free biscuits, which lay the ground work for the stuffing and many future recipes.
Make the Keto Stuffing Hash
This stuffing recipe has sausage in it, and I also added in some chopped turkey. Next went a whole bunch of arugula, but you could add any green you like. I also fried some sage leaves in butter to up the flavor a bit. You can skip that part, but do use a good Irish butter. Cranberry sauce goes so well with this.
You can use any of these cranberry sauces. Only one is sugar free (low carb).
We ate this two mornings in a row, and there would have been a third, but the stuffing is all gone, for now.
Of course, adding eggs is a must. I have the perfect recipe for baking sunny side up eggs with a video (for the eggs). Or make these perfect poached eggs.
